TVS Infrastructure Trust

TVS Infrastructure Trust is an InvIT registered with SEBI under the SEBI (InvIT) regulations w.e.f. 22nd April 2024 having registration number IN/InvIT/24-25/0030. It proposes to undertake activities as an infrastructure investment trust as permissible under the SEBI InvIT regulations.

The investment objective of the Trust is to carry on the activity of, and to make investments as, an infrastructure investment trust as permissible in terms of the InvIT Regulations. Leveraging the extensive experience of the sponsor, its team and the Board of Directors, the Trust is well-positioned to achieve this goal.
