R Dinesh, a distinguished fourth-generation member of the esteemed TVS Family, brings a wealth of expertise as a commerce graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

Holding the prestigious position of Executive Chairman at TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Director at Ki Mobility Solutions, he spearheads the successful operations of the TVS brand nationwide.

Ravikumar Swaminathan is a serial entrepreneur.  Academically, he is a chartered accountant. In early 2000’s, he partnered with the family of TVS Mobility Group and founded TVS Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. which is today known as TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks Ltd.

Under his leadership, TVS ILP pioneered the expansion of the Indian Grade A warehousing industry in Tier 2 and 3 cities and developed an innovative business model. He is also a significant investor in TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd.

S Ravichandran is a specialist in the logistics industry, particularly in the automobile sector. He has experience of 43 years, of which he has spent the last 28 years in the supply chain sector.

He was the pioneer in implementation of the logistics principles in the Indian auto industry. He has been serving as a director on the board of TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks since 2007.

P.S. Jayakumar has an experience of 23 years working with Citi bank and post exit from Citi bank, he worked as an entrepreneur of Value Budget Housing Company and confounded Home First Finance Ltd.

In 2015, he was selected by the GOI to serve as the MD and CEO for Bank of Baroda. He has also been serving as a director on the board of TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks since 2021.

Ashish Kaushik is a member at Lingotto II LLP and has over 14 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining Lingotto/Exor Capital, he was associated with PartnerRe Holdings Europe Limited as Senior Investment Analyst, Morgan Stanley Asia Limited as Analyst in the Fixed Income and Commodities Division in Hong Kong, and Murex Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd. as Financial Engineer in Commodity Client Services.

He is also a member of the board of directors of TVS SCS, and Ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Master of Science (Financial Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, and Master degree of Science in Finance from the London Business School. He has been conferred with the AQR scholar award, 2018 by the AQR asset management institute at the London Business School.
