Red Hills Park offers ample parking areas, equipped for 24/7 operations, energy-efficient features such as jointless (standing seam technology) roofs designed to bear solar panels, LED lighting, FM2 flooring with 5MT/sq. m load carrying capacity (UDL) with densification.
The warehouse roof is designed with natural daylight provision and insulation.
