Chakan Park was constructed in 2006 and is the first corporate-owned, high-quality warehousing facility in India and first of its kind in Chakan. It is spread across 17.10 acres of land, with 0.37 MSF of area dedicated to leasable areas across two Parks with clear height of the Park of 12.30 m. The Park is EDGE certified to foster environmentally sustainable principle, including, energy-efficient design, water management systems, and green belt development.
