Palamadai Sundararajan Jayakumar is a Non-Executive Director of the Investment Manager. He holds a degree of Master of Commerce from University of Madras and has passed the final examination held by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was also awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur. He has an experience of 23 years working in Citibank and post exit from Citibank, he worked with VBHC Value Homes Private Limited as a Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2015.

In 2015, he was appointed by the Government of India to serve as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Baroda from 2015 to 2019. Currently, he is also serving as a director on the board of TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks.

Sargunaraj Ravichandran is a Non-Executive Director of the Investment Manager. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

He has also been serving as a director on the board of the Sponsor since 2007 and had previously served as a director on the board of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited. He has experience of more than 18 years in the supply chain sector.

Aditi Kumar is a Non-Executive Director of the Investment Manager. She is also a chartered accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and was admitted to the roll of solicitors of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree (with honours in economics) from University of Durham and a Master of Laws degree from University College London, along with being a Bentham Scholar.

She has more than 11 years of experience across varied functional areas including law, finance and advisory. She had worked as a manager in the advisory department in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP London for 6 years. Prior to that, she had worked as an assistant manager in KPMG LLP, Watford.

Anand Raghavan is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Madras and is also a practicing-chartered accountant certified by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with Ernst and Young Private Limited as a Partner and Sundaram Finance Limited as Vice President – Corporate Affairs.

He was also a member of committee on functioning of asset reconstruction companies and committee for revival of MSMEs in Tamil Nadu with over 20 years of experience in the field of finance.

Harsh Singhal is an Additional Director (Independent) of the Investment Manager.  A gold medallist and All India Ranker No 1 in the Chartered Accountancy exams, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a MBA degree in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Mr. Singhal has about 25 years of experience out of which 18 years is in investing industry. He began his career at leading consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, BCG, and PwC, where he led complex business, tax, and financial structuring projects. In 2008, he joined International Finance Corporation, gaining deep global exposure to institutional finance and sustainable infrastructure investments across sectors like highways, renewable energy, logistics, and water, where he invested over US$500 mn and managed a portfolio of about US$1 bn.

Mr. Singhal has advised several global organizations including multi nationals and sovereign wealth funds on developing their India strategies. He has also served on multiple advisory boards and investment committees, contributing to improvements in corporate governance, risk frameworks, and organizational scalability. He brings a unique combination of macroeconomic insight, industry expertise, and a strong grasp of accounting, legal & tax considerations relevant to Indian businesses.

Mahalingam Seturaman is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from University of Bombay and has passed the final examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Earlier, he was associated with TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, since February 20, 2015, till August 29, 2023. In the past, he has been associated with Tata Consultancy Services in various positions.

Prasad Gopalan is an Independent Director (Additional, Non-Executive) of the Investment Manager.  Mr. Gopalan is a seasoned global investment leader with more than 25 years of experience at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), where he was responsible for managing multi-billion-dollar agribusiness and forestry portfolios, developing sector strategies, and leading diverse global and regional teams. As Global Sector Manager for Agribusiness and Forestry, he oversaw an annual investment program of $1.5–2 billion and a $5 billion portfolio, while also chairing credit committees and driving knowledge management across sectors. Earlier, as Asia Regional Manager, he built and managed high-performing investment teams and shaped IFC’s agribusiness and forestry strategy in the region. He currently serves on the boards of BAF Joint Stock Company, Vietnam’s leading pork producer, and Sunshine Healthcare in Sri Lanka, and recently co-chaired the Technical Advisory Committee of the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP). His prior governance roles include serving on the shareholders’ committee of VECO (Sumitomo Forestry, Vietnam), the board of Agrivision (Zambia), as board observer at Suguna Foods (India), and on the advisory committee of Rabo India Fund I. Across his career, he has worked extensively with sponsors, boards, and CXOs, bringing expertise in food security, sustainable investments, and emerging markets.

He holds a Master of Public Policy in Finance from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Environmental Engineering from Penn State, a Master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo, and a B.E. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani.

Premod P. Thomas is a Non-Executive IFC Nominee Director of the Investment Manager. He is currently the Chairman of Capital Insights Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based strategy consulting and investment firm. He sits on the board of the Energy Market Authority of Singapore and chairs the Investment Committee of Temasek backed Mapletree Global Student Accommodation Trust.  He serves on the board of Mumbai based Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Trust (a listed InvIT JV between Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Mahindra Group).

Mr. Thomas was previously the CEO of Bayfront Infrastructure Pte Ltd, a Clifford Capital-AIIB joint venture, where he led the launch of successful Infrastructure Asset-Backed Securities, helping develop Singapore’s infrastructure debt market. With a strong background in corporate finance and governance, he has held senior executive roles at Bank of America, Standard Chartered, and Temasek, and has in the recent past advised Clifford Capital and McKinsey & Company on climate finance in a senior advisory capacity.

Mr. Thomas holds a master’s in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College, Chennai.

Uma Shanmukhi Sistla is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Osmania University and a Master of Business Administration (banking & finance) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is also a certificated associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

She has more than 39 years of experience in commercial and investment banking and asset services sector. Earlier, she was associated with State Bank Group, as a president and chief operating officer at SBI Capital Market and managing director and chief executive officer of SBI – SG Global Services Private Limited, in addition to various other roles in State Bank of India.
